Will is a co-founder and Managing Partner of Redbonnet Capital. Will has held numerous roles over his 12-year career, including as a portfolio asset manager at a publicly traded REIT (7 years), a family office (3 years), and as head of acquisitions at a real estate private equity firm focusing on land, industrial, and office acquisitions and development (2 years). He is involved with TREC, graduating from the ALC Leadership program in 2019, and NAIOP North Texas where he has served on the Developing Leaders Board.
Will graduated from the University of Alabama with a B.S. in Business Management and Marketing and holds a degree from Columbia University in Construction Management. He is originally from and resides in Dallas, Texas, with his wife and two children.
